ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Elite Surfaces is a specialist flooring and surface solutions company based in Harare, providing high-quality flooring solutions for commercial and residential clients.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a confident, proactive Marketing Officer to help grow our client base and drive business development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate new business leads and sales
• Approach and build relationships with businesses / corporate clients
• Promote our flooring and surface solutions to potential clients
• Manage social media and marketing activities
• Arrange client meetings and follow up on leads
• Identify new commercial opportunities and market trends

REQUIREMENTS:
• Confident and excellent at communicating
• Target-driven and proactive personality
• Good at sales, networking and social media management
• Professional and able to work independently
• Experience in construction / property / B2B sales is an advantage
• Marketing qualification OR 1 year experience in similar role
• Must be based in Harare
