VOLTRON MINING

Program Overview:

This is a fixed-term (24 months) program designed to transform high-potential graduates into skilled and effective professionals through:

- One-on-one mentorship from senior employees

- On-the-job training and assessments

- Solving real industrial challenges

Successful trainees who meet performance standards will be considered for permanent placement.

Available Disciplines:

- Human Resources - Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations

- SHEQ - Degree in Environmental Health, Safety & Health, Environmental Science

- Supply Chain - Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement

- Finance - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics

- Automotive Engineering - Degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering

Work Locations: Harare and Ngezi (candidates must be willing to rotate / relocate)

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline (2.1 or better preferred)

- Must be below 25 years of age

- Computer literate

- Possess valid Class 4 Driver's Licence
