Duties and Responsibilities

Welcoming guests/ clients
Maintaining a professional front office appearance
Call routing
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Reported faults record
Digital and physical filing

 

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum HND in office administration or related field.
At least 2 years of experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Tech savvy
