VACANCY: ESTIMATOR

Ignition Masters is seeking a precise, customer-focused Estimator to join our workshop team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Inspect accident damage, document repairs through detailed photographs, and prepare accurate quotations.
- Open and track jobs, reporting additional hidden damage promptly after stripping.
- Work with insurance adjusters on approvals and maintain proactive updates with vehicle owners.
- Assist in final checks prior to customer handover and professionally resolve client enquiries.
- Track daily work progress and submit regular updates to customers and management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Applicable technical background with solid understanding of repair standards and pricing.
- Clean Class 4 Driver's Licence.
- Strong analytical eye, cost accuracy, clear communication, and solid computer literacy.
