OPPORTUNITY
Civil/Structural Engineer

QUALIFIED CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEER WANTED

Grand Constructors is a growing Zimbabwean construction company seeking to establish a network of qualified and experienced Civil/Structural Engineers for our upcoming residential and commercial construction projects.

We are looking for a professional who can work with us on a project-based / consultancy basis, providing technical expertise and ensuring that our construction projects meet the required professional and structural standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and provide technical input on structural designs and drawings
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical supervision
- Advise on structural materials and construction methods
- Review construction progress and workmanship
- Identify and resolve technical issues
- Work closely with architects, quantity surveyors and project teams
- Prepare or review relevant technical documentation and reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable building standards and regulations

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Relevant professional registration/accreditation in Zimbabwe
- Proven practical construction experience
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Professional references required
