VACANCY: BRANCH MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Masvingo branch.

* Oversee security personnel deployment, performance and discipline.

* Build and maintain client relationships.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, security regulations and relevant laws.

* Drive business growth and maintain high service delivery standards.

* Prepare reports and provide management updates.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements

* Degree in Security Management or equivalent.

* Former member of the ZRP with the rank of Assistant Inspector and above.

Experience in private security

* Proven experience in security operations, preferably in a management role.

* Strong leadership, people management and stakeholder engagement skills.

* Good knowledge of security legislation, risk management and best practices.

* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
